All entrants are required to submit the release form and pay the entry fee ($10) to enter the show. Once you submit the release form you will be emailed a copy and be redirected to a page where you can pay the entry fee. Make sure you read the rules before entering.

After signing up and paying your entry fee, please go to the Give Lively link below to create your official contestant/fundraising page to start receiving votes. Creating this page will only take a moment but MUST be done in order to complete the entry process. Once completed, you can then start networking on all your social media platforms to ask your friends, family, and associates for votes and get you closer to winning the $10,000 cash prize.
